Nick Tsaousidis – CEO
Before commencing Adventus as a new business venture, Nick Tsaousidis was a co-founder and Executive Director of Essential Appointments. As the Director – Operations & Finance at Essential Appointments, Nick’s responsibilities included all aspects of financial management of the business. More significant was Nick’s interest in process improvement and leading the way in technology and systems for Essential Appointments. This desire for the implementing new technology lead to Adventus and the software re-selling business.
Nick always says “I liked the system so much, I sought the rights to re-sell it in Australia and New Zealand”. That is in relation to the first piece of technology that Adventus secured, HireDesk. From this one product, Adventus has grown the range of products on offer to eight.
Nick is still a Non-Executive Director at Essential Appointments along with his responsibilities as CEO at Adventus.
Cameron McKay – Sales Director
Cameron has joined the Adventus team after completing employment spells at CBA, Westpac, NSW Business chamber specialising in software project delivery. Having worked on the client side of software implementation for so many years he brings an attitude of explaining all side ITC in simple business minded language and allowing software to enable great business results.
As Director Sales & Marketing, Cameron is responsible for driving the growth of the business and the strategic management of all aspects of sales, marketing.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Ecommerce & IT.
